These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all NOVA AI programs, including Staking, Referral Program, Bounty Program, and access to PRO features. By interacting with NOVA AI products or staking the $NOVA token, users agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to users who legally hold and control their wallets.

• Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

• NOVA AI services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not available in jurisdictions where such services are restricted.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

• NOVA AI does not custody user funds.

• All staking interactions occur through smart contracts on Solana.

• Users remain fully responsible for their private keys, wallets, and transaction approvals.

3. Staking Risks

• Staking rewards, tiers, and benefits may vary based on:

  • Amount of $NOVA staked

  • Duration of staking

  • Overall ecosystem conditions

• Rewards are not guaranteed and may be adjusted over time.

• Smart contracts may carry technical risks, including bugs or unforeseen vulnerabilities.

4. Referral Program Rules

• Referral rewards are calculated based on staking volume, duration, and quality of referred users.

• Spam referrals, fake accounts, self-referrals, or wash activity are strictly prohibited.

• NOVA AI reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in abusive behavior.

• Referral rewards are subject to periodic review and distribution schedules.

5. Bounty Program Rules

• All submitted reports are subject to manual review by the NOVA AI team.

• Only verified and accepted submissions are eligible for rewards.

• Duplicate, low-effort, or malicious submissions will be rejected.

• Reward distribution is limited to the top contributors based on approved reports.

• Submission does not guarantee reward eligibility.

6. Reward Distribution

• Rewards may be distributed in $SOL, $NOVA, or other assets, depending on the program.

• Distribution timing and amounts are determined by NOVA AI and may change.

• Delays may occur due to technical, security, or operational reasons.

7. PRO Features & Access

• Access to PRO features may require staking or holding a minimum amount of $NOVA.

• Feature availability may change as the product evolves.

• NOVA AI reserves the right to modify, expand, or remove PRO features at any time.

8. No Financial Advice

• $NOVA is a utility token and not an investment product.

• Participation in staking or other programs does not constitute financial advice.

• Users are responsible for conducting their own research (DYOR) before participating.

9. Security Disclaimer

• NOVA AI provides security analysis, alerts, and risk indicators as informational tools only.

• The platform does not guarantee prevention of losses, hacks, or scams.

• Final transaction responsibility always remains with the user.

10. Modifications & Updates

• NOVA AI may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• Major changes will be communicated through official channels.

11. Limitation of Liability

• NOVA AI, its team, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Third-party exploits

  • Market volatility

• Users participate at their own risk.

12. Abuse & Enforcement

• NOVA AI reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to services

  • Revoke rewards

  • Block addresses involved in abusive behavior

• Enforcement decisions are final.
